  1. एक माह का किराया सिक्योरिटी के रूप में जमा करवाना होगा। फीस व सिक्योरिटी मनी प्रवेश के समय ही जमा होगी।
  2. हॉस्टल का किराया प्रतिमाह देय होगा।
  3. तीन माह पूर्व हॉस्टल खाली करने पर सिक्योरिटी मनी वापिस नहीं होगी।
  4. हॉस्टल खाली करने से 15 दिन पूर्व सूचना देना अनिवार्य है।
  5. हॉस्टल परिसर में गेस्ट आना सख्त मना है।
  6. बिजली बिल अलग से देना होगा। बिजली बिल सब–मीटर के अनुसार लिया जाएगा।
  7. रात्रि 10:00 बजे के बाद आने पर प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा।
  8. फीस जमा कराते समय रसीद अवश्य प्राप्त करें।
  9. रसीद कटने के बाद प्रवेश निरस्त कराने पर फीस वापिस नहीं होगी।
  10. हॉस्टल परिसर में अनैतिक व संदिग्ध गतिविधि पाये जाने व व्यवहार सही न होने पर तुरन्त हॉस्टल खाली करवा लिया जाएगा एवं जमा राशि जब्त कर ली जाएगी।
  11. अपने कीमती सामान की सुरक्षा स्वयं को करनी होगी, व्यवस्थापक की ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
  12. संपत्ति की तोड़-फोड़ या किसी प्रकार की छेड़खानी करने पर सम्पूर्ण खर्चा किरायेदार को देना होगा।
  13. खाने के बर्तन हॉस्टल खाली करते समय पुनः लौटाने होंगे। ना लौटाने पर ₹500 देने होंगे।
  14. अगर कोई भी विद्यार्थी डिप्रेशन में या अन्य किसी कारण से किसी तरह का शारीरिक नुकसान करता है तो व्यवस्थापक की कोई ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं होगी। इसका ज़िम्मेदार वह स्वयं होगा।
  15. बिना सूचना दिए हॉस्टल खाली करने पर कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
  16. सभी विवाद केवल जयपुर क्षेत्र अधिकार के अधीन होंगे।
  1. One month’s rent must be deposited as security. Fees and security money must be paid at the time of admission.
  2. Hostel rent is payable monthly.
  3. Security money will not be refunded if the hostel is vacated within three months.
  4. Prior notice of 15 days is mandatory before vacating the hostel.
  5. Guests are strictly prohibited in the hostel premises.
  6. Electricity bills will be charged separately as per the sub-meter reading.
  7. Entry will not be allowed after 10:00 PM.
  8. Always collect a receipt while paying the fees.
  9. Fees will not be refunded if admission is canceled after the receipt is issued.
  10. If unethical or suspicious activities are found in the hostel premises or behavior is inappropriate, the hostel will be immediately vacated, and the deposited amount will be confiscated.
  11. Residents are responsible for the safety of their valuables; the management will not be responsible.
  12. Any damage or tampering with property will require the tenant to bear the entire cost.
  13. Utensils must be returned while vacating the hostel. Failure to return will result in a fine of ₹500.
  14. If any student causes self-harm due to depression or any other reason, the management will not be held responsible. The individual will be solely accountable.
  15. Legal action will be taken for vacating the hostel without prior notice.
  16. All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur only.

Bajiya & Saraswati Groups of hostels was established in the year 2008. At present around 50 boys & girls hostels are being run by Bajiya & Saraswati Group of hostels in Jaipur city. It has provided hostel facilities to more than 30,000 boys & girls.
